    Close to Kings Cross
Yes these rooms are small, even by London standards. If you have a big suitcase you’ll have trouble. Two people with carry on managed with no problem. Greet A/C and greet friendly staff. Let us keep luggage after check out for day. Rooms could be a little cleaner as I think the lack of room prevents staff from getting some of the dirt. However the bed and bathroom were clean and I would stay here again because of location. Appreciated all the items in grab n go breakfast!

Only good for a few hours' stay, look elsewhere
We picked the hotel due to price and proximity to King's Cross. About a ten min walk from the station. Small, claustrophic building, with really tiny rooms, bathrooms you can barely turn around in. Carpets were filthy. I would not even call it a hotel, more like a tall house with bedrooms. If all you're doing is spending a few hours, it works. Otherwise skip it. The good part is the refurbished rooms, all were redone with newer fixtures which is what led me to it in the first place. Breakfast was a joke, they hand you a bag containing an apple, a box of juice and a muffin. All very cheap quality.

Lovely boutique hotel at a great price!
Great place to stay if you need walking distance/proximity to St. Pancras or King's Cross. Beautifully decorated, small hotel with nicer fixtures than most at this price point. Bathroom was spotless, modern, and had nice toiletries. No lift/elevator, so be warned if you have heavy luggage. My room was on the lower level, so it was very quiet and dark -- good for a restful sleep. Neighborhood may be rougher around the edges than others in London, but daytime is just fine with loads of people around. I walked around solo with no issues from the hotel to the Palace and back.

    Comfy room for London
Clean , big bed , private modern bath and easy access to st pancreas. remember— rooms are tiny in the GB and Europe . So the photo is the bed taking up the whole room. I expect that after all my European trips . But if you need a proper elevator and a big room — look for more of an an American chain

    Enjoyed our stay.
We used the hotel for three nights at the beginning and four nights at the end of a three week trip. The room was as expected from reviews and price. It is relitively new furnishing very clean and will kept. All the staff we delt with were excellent. The room was a bit small but considering the price, location, and very friendly staff I would stay again. The grab and go breakfast was a fruit, factory muffin, power bar and boxed juice. With coffee/tea in the room it helps start the day, but not very appetizing .
