The hotel is in excellent condition in general, it has two parking lot inside the hotel. The grocery story Konzum is cross the street. There is a bike rental store nearby. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk away from the port town, 15 minutes away from rental car agency SIXT. great location.

Fantastic family suite
We had an amazing suite and location was very good. Grocery store, pharmacy bars and bike rentals were very close by. Breakfast was excellent! The reception ladies were so helpful we had a wonderful stay for a week

Perfect!
The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and has a personal ‘family’ feel about it. The location is great, we enjoyed our walks into the main town and there’s a choice of lovely beaches within a 10/15 min walk.

Great hotel- great parking & easy walk into Rovinj
This was a great hotel Near Rovinj. Only a 15 minute walk into town (which was comfortable and safe). The hotel Was modern, clean and comfortable and also has a lot of parking which is easy to access. It is very easy to drive to various beaches and other locations from this location. The breakfast was great (even with needing to change the setup (due to COVID-19). The staff were very nice, friendly and Helpful. I would recommend staying here and would come back - we loved Rovinj and would stay here and use it as a base for day-trips in the future.

Nice place but service could be better.
Service level was a little disappointing when we stayed. Despite requesting a double bed we got twin beds. We asked for a change or if they can be joined, assured they would join them when we were out in the evening but this did not happen until the 2nd night of our 2 night stay. We tried to remind them to do this the first evening but no one was at reception for a while so we couldn't before we left. Relatively minor but still inconvenient was no fresh towels left in our room after cleaning (and the used ones removed). They brought some fresh ones on request but a little annoying given the price of the hotel I would expect better. In general it is a clean place and the balconies are decent with a nice mini bar reasonably priced (which is good as the bar is not manned in the hotel and I had to fetch wine glasses myself from the bar downstairs). It's a little bit out of town but easily walk-able. Shop and local bars very close by. The breakfast is good as a positive and free on site parking was no issue.
