+ Location and overall in good conditions hotel. -/+ Staff Ok but not very helpful for dealing with a situation or any recommendations about Sapporo and surroundings. -/+ Rooms are rather small but comfy enough just to sleep at night. Beds are comfy. - No room cleaning (bed and vacuum) with a night rate of more than Yen 30,000 per night! Towels, trash, and robes are changed on a daily basis even if once does not have the need of. Not recommended for a longer stay stay than 2 nights at this rate! That would be great if the website is clear about the service being provided.

Nice location for Odori Park
We had business near the Odori Park, and afterward wanted to visit the German Christmas Market there, and this hotel's location, just a couple blocks away from the NHK TV tower, was very convenient for us. Overall, our overnight stay was very pleasant. The staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was very delicious, and we very much enjoyed the quiet Christmas music being played in the lobby and restaurant. The only disappointment was that when we reserved the room, it said that there was "parking available" as one of the amenities, which gave me the impression that parking was included in the prices of the reservation. But at check-in we learned that on-site parking was an additional 1500 yen. I think that fee should have been indicated up front. But otherwise, it was a very pleasant experierence, and a very convenient location for anyone visiting the Odori Park area.

The hotel is prime location right next to the TV tower and right next to Odori Park and station making it easy to explore the area. Hotel was very clean and a small shout out to the staff. They were super nice and friendly. Even went to our hotel room to help us figure out the washer/dryer.
