I like this hotel because it is located in a convenient place, being close to subway stations. It is also in a place where modern and traditional Japan co-exist next to each other. It is also in a place where you can walk to Tokyo station where you can spend a whole day enjoying events, shopping and dining as well as to Takashimaya and Mitsubishi department stores.

two towels or pillows please
Please ensure that you have at least two towels or pillows when people are booking rooms with double or twin beds. Travelled the world over and this is the first time I had to ask reception for the missing items. Also, there should be notices produced that allows people to place on the outside door handle not to be disturbed or especially not to have the room cleaned - especially important and unnecessary if you're only staying for 2 or 3 nights. Please install motion sensors in the corridors as it's not necessary to have lights on constantly, wasting energy. European hotels are already doing this. Breakfast is good but have noticed it being the same having each morning having stayed at the hotel several nights. Bring in a bit more variety.

Not so good. I requested for early check-in at 1000 hours but they mistook it as 2200 hours. So, they refused to check me in when I reached at 1030 hours, despite they were wrong and I told them I had a meeting at 1200 hours. After much haggling, I brushed my teeth and changed into formal wear without a bath after the over night flight.
