Phi Phi Harbour View Hotel, Ko Phi Phi

This hotel has a perfect location. It is right on the beach with the best views and an amazing pool. It is a quick easy walk into town. It is far enough removed from the nightlife for a quiet night and close enough walk to the beach bars for a fun night out. If location is your only criteria, stay here. But if you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and good service, this is not your hotel. We had to call housekeeping in right when we checked in due to a dirty bathroom with hair all over and brown stains on our sheets. The shower did not drain so we took showers with all of our dirty water collecting. The housekeeping was sloppy. The worst part were the beds. I have never slept on such an uncomfortable bed. It felt like we were sleeping on a cardboard box. We stayed here for four nights and after we left our backs were aching and we were sleep deprived.

I’m currently here at this hotel in Phi Phi. It’s currently 10:30am here and Pu the “supervisor” barred me from having guests over. She was rude, aggressive and down right racist because I’m not Caucasian. I booked an extra night, as you can see, for the sole purpose of storing our suitcases until our ferry leaves later today at 3pm. My sisters were just dropping off their suitcases. I didn’t want to ask for late check out and decided to book one more night for the freedom of using a room. I booked this room nearly a year ago and this has ruined our plans for the day. My sisters can’t even come upstairs to use the bathroom because they’re scared that the hotel staff will call the police on us for disobeying. I have never been treated like this at any establishment and have never had this type of issue. When I went back after leaving my sisters at a cafe to speak to Pu she had disappeared and the girl upfront conveniently didn’t understand English. Looking through reviews, it seems like we’re not the only ones with this issue. Don’t waste your money on this place. The water is super temperamental and salty. The rooms are humid and smell despite lowering the AC. Someone was supposed to be at the ferry port to meet us and lead us to the hotel-no one was there.

Nice hotel good location

Great place to stay. As close as you can get to the pier. Massage place right by the pool which was nice. Breakfast buffet was solid. Right on the beach too.

Great location- 5 min walk from pier when we got off the ferry. Great staff, nice clean modern room, awesome pool, & view of beach. Definitely recommend! Walking distance from everything. Good times!
