10/10 Exceptional

The location cannot be underestimated, it is close to the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood, but reasonably priced compared to somewhat overpriced hotels in the area. A refurbished row house has its own charm, and the third floor suite gives you the feel of being up in the trees. Very welcoming and helpful staff with excellent service.

Very nice place in the city center. Breakfast was delicious, people friendly, rooms clean. That’s all what you need when staying overnight. Highly recommend. Thank you

Very pleasant stay
We stayed in the Independent Room for one night. The room had a kitchenette with appliances that make it convenient for preparing your own meals should you choose. Breakfast during the weekend is made to order from a menu. There was a good variety of options and the omelet I had was absolutely delicious. We were not aware that you were assigned a breakfast time based on a first come basis but the host was generous enough to squeeze us into a time slot that worked better for your schedule. On the short walk from the parking garage ($25 for overnight), we spotted many restaurants. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Cozy & comfy
We had a great time! The place is super cozy and all of the staff we met were very nice. We were very sad we had to leave before breakfast, but it looked wonderful. The security of the building felt good, with a keypad into the building as well as separate keys for each room. The bathroom was as clean as you would expect for sharing with other guests; it is a b&b after all. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were so soft. I appreciated the amount of amenities that were available, as well as the very informative checkin sheet. It is located in a nice area with a good range of restaurants in walking distance, and for the price compared to other hotels I would definitely stay again!

8/10 Very Good

Beautiful quaint place. I didn't realize that half the rooms didn't include a bathroom and you had a community bathroom on the floor. But it wasn't a problem, just a surprise. A fuse blew when my wife used the hairdryer and the manager couldn't reset it. Luckily we were trading rooms anyway. Didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. It's an old building and includes all the quirks of an old building. I liked it!!!
