Charming Hotel
The hotel needs a little TLC but the condition adds to the charm....

Truly a Grand Hotel.
A truly grand old hotel. We had a huge suite on the ground floor. Gigantic bed, two bathrooms, lounge / dining room and kitchenette. Washing facilities were available down the hall. WiFi did work in the room but signal was a little low. During our stay some of the worst weather the UK has experienced for many years took place. The blizzard was howling and cold air came in through the French doors. We shoved paper towels in the cracks and stopped it.

Well worth staying
Great suite in the penthouse at the top with a little balcony. Very helpful staff, lovely comfortable room, fantastic food for supper and breakfast and lovely location.

Would not recommend!!!!
Lovely location for Folkestone beach and harbour, amazing sea views. Shopping centre nearby. Good for larger families, as we were in the Hythe Suite, it contained 3 bedrooms, one small kitchen, 2 bathrooms, I living room and a hallway. Poor Wifi service, only available in the hallway. Poor breakfast service over two days, inefficient waiter. Two day without hot water. Our apartment was shabby in places, in need of some modernisation.
