Pros: Excellent location, nice rooms, good room service, helpful front desk staff, nice chill common area.
Cons: Takes payment in cash only, no hot water (you don't really need it).

Location is excellent. Bed is comfortable, but the bathroom is a problem. The shower, sink and toilet are basically in the same spot, so water gets all over the room even if you are extremely carful. I often take cool showers in warm weather back home so I thought no hot water wouldn’t be a problem, but I’ve actually had pretty COLD water in the shower, which has been difficult. Love the place, otherwise, but dislike having NO WINDIW TO THE OUTSIDE. I got a super sale of usd $20 which makes it a great bargain, even though construction is ongoing and workers were pounding on my walls from 8am

Great Locarion and good value
Hotel is well located in the historic city. Good value, good AC, TV and internet. Rooms are very basic but clean. Shared the kitchen is convenient. No hot water. Common area can be noisy from 8am but quiet after 5pm. Staff is friendly

I like the hotel for the central location and the price. Staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms are very basics. Cool AC. Good cable TV and internet. Common area have a kitchen and can be noisy from 8 am. 2 computers are available to the guests. Bathroom could be improved; cold shower which is common in Cartagena

Nice simple hotel
Well located, friendly helpful staff. Steep stairs on second level did not bother me.The staff I dealt had little English though we got by OK. Nice communal lounge area. Recommended at the price, I would stay there again.

Excellent location!. Got a good price. Comfortable bed and good space in the room. The shower is not separated from the toilet so everything gets wet if not carefull, but not really annoying. Room 12 had a space under the door so a lot of noise comes in. The hotel gets noisy very early morning, some staff don't seem to care about guests by talking in the usual loud way that colombia has since 5 or 6 am. So if you have a light sleep consider this (it wasn't my case). Staff was very friendly, and there is a kitchen to cook. However all around there are places to eat. You can even ask them to do your laundry for 1000 COP a piece of large clothes and 3 little (undies).
