Awful
If you want to get any sleep don’t stay here! Had to check out at 3 am and find a new hotel because it was so noisy and impossible to sleep. I asked for a different room, and they refused and also refused a refund! Worst place I have ever stayed.

I go here quite a bit, because the price is nice, and I always feel welcomed. They have a lot to deal with, being in that part of town, and I think they do a good job. They offer everything you'd expect a hotel to offer and they are reasonably accommodating. Always a pleasure.

Stains, bugs, and cigarette smoke
The hair and stains on the bed were pretty off-putting, and then the bugs in the room, smell of cigarettes, loud noise level, and unsafe neighborhood vibe made me decide to leave early and find another hotel.

If you like cockroaches in your shower, wondering if bugs can get into the fridge and human and dog feces lining the streets of your hotel - then this is the place for you. It was terrible in about every way you can ask for - i wont even get into the smell. On the other hand the wake up call was a delightful group of people outside yelling, "5-0, 5-0". Every neighborhood around you is nicer and costs almost the same. Even on the bus to the hotel (motel) locals told us just don't go to the Tenderloin District. Fact, don't do it. However, bed had two mattress protective pads and sheets were clean. So as long as you stay in bed you'll be safe and clean. As long as you're not picky and ok with: holes in walls, dirty floor boards, no closet hanging bar, dirty dresser drawers, dirty looking shower, then like I said, this place is for you!!
