Staff were kind, but they kept messing up simple instructions: got many food orders wrong; got laundry instructions wrong and ruined some of my expensive clothes. They also gave me food poisoning which is unacceptable (I only ate at the hotel for the entire duration of my stay).

Excellent location, very helful staff
The hotel is very convenientlly located, plenty of cafe, restaurants and pubs around. The main Durbar square is only 15 min walk away. The best of all is the service, the staff are so polite, attentive and truly added to the experiences of Nepal.
