the area is extremely dirty and trashy, not the nicest part of Brooklyn. The hotel itself is great, comfortable, excellent service.

Phone was not working. There was no force in shower water. My booking was already paid through hotel.com, but manager came knocking on my door saying your card waa rejected, you need to pay?! I have a receipt which clearly states I have paid it. Rude manager.
The staff was very helpful. Good Internet access, good gym facility, which I used four of the five days of our stay. The location is very accessible to the Barclays Center, which is why we chose this hotel (we were in town to cover the ACC Tournament as media).
