The hotel is gorgeous inside and out and is in a nice part of downtown Findlay. The room was clean, spacious, updated, and very comfortable. Drawbacks to this hotel are the lack of complimentary breakfast and the required, fee based valet parking. The sign says $19/day but I was charged $24/day, not including gratuity.

I’ve stayed at The Hancock Hotel in Findlay twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. This beautiful, historically inspired property feels far more upscale than its price suggests — truly a hidden gem offering boutique-level comfort at about a Holiday Inn rate. The rooms are elegant, the atmosphere warm and refined, and the service consistently attentive. While the valet parking can seem a bit pricey for the area, the overall experience more than makes up for it. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Findlay — it’s easily one of the best stays in Northwest Ohio.
