Easy check-in & clean space
It was a wonderful stay! We booked the place last minute. Their communication was clear and simple allowing us to check in easily and with no hiccups. It was such a nice place!!

Location is great but close to road so expect traffic noise. For 4 adults the 2 bedroom apartment is cozy. Bathroom/shower is small too. Limited toiletries were given & reception office hours are 9.30am to 2pm if you need more supplies. Overall for short stay it's good. Newly renovated apartments.

There was no 'human touch' here. I like to have contact with people, be greeted by staff, and be made to feel welcome. There were never any staff around, there was no personal check in, so no human contact, and I stayed for 4 nights with no room or towel service, just notes on the wall to say to contact them if I needed anything. There was nothing wrong with the room, I just like a bit of human contact.

Everything was great for the most part. Good location, nice amenities. The blackout curtain wasn't quite large enough to cover the entire window, so some light came through all night, other than that it was a nice stay.

Clean and nicely equipped
Very clean, modern flat and they were very helpful and accommodating when we couldn’t figure out the heater. Only complaint would be they are on a very busy intersection so noisy but I used ear plugs and had no problem sleeping. There does seem to be a disconnect when booking through hotels.com for an independently owned rental such as an apartment such as this. The email that was to direct me how to check in without an office never arrived. So luckily they had a phone number to call posted so we could get into our room. When a person is traveling you cannot assume they will have had access to their email the day of so sending directions 3-5 days in advance advises.
