Worst hotel ever
Pesimo hotel. Las paredes de la ahbitacion son de papel. Me queje 2 veces, 2 noches seguidas por ruidos molestos en habitaciones. No hicieron nada. Un dia no me hicieron la habitacion. El check in es el mas lento que la historia. 25 min se demoraron para hacerlo. Pague todo cash inclusive el deposito. Me cobraron 89 dol a la tarjeta de credito. Claramente no lo voy a recuperar. El hotel esta bien ubicado pero el resto es pesimo. Atencien al cliente les doy un cero. Recomiendo ir a otro hotel y no a este que deja muchisimo que desear.

Good location and hygiene but not so jacuzzi rooms
The location of the resort is perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and the market area. Clean and comfortable beds. But that’s where the good part ended for us. -The jacuzzi rooms are in the open backyard with a shade partially covering the balcony/jacuzzi area -rooms at the higher floors get a good view of your jacuzzi -The room initially offered to us had zero privacy in the jacuzzi areas with multiple other rooms’ windows and balconies overlooking the jacuzzi. We got the room changed with a slightly better privacy. -it was so loud that we could hear adjacent room’s jacuzzi in operation Here’s the worst part- the staff mentioned that jacuzzi takes 30-40mins to fill and shouldn’t be operated until it’s full to the brim. We tried filling it but it was taking longer than 40-50mins so we left the tub half filled that we will get back from our plans and use it later but got back to find an empty tub wondering if room service emptied it. It’s only the third time we realised that the jacuzzi has a leakage at some top vents and can not be filled. We raised to the room service only to be told that this can not be fixed. They offered a separate room only for few hours before our check out time. We were blamed for not informing them earlier when this should have been checked in the first place. Never got to use the jacuzzi which we were so excited about. :(
