Excellent Hotel!
We stayed at this hotel for the 3 nights we were in Rome, and it was the best hotel experience from our entire trip. I was initially worried about the distance from tourist spots such as the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, however, it is actually perfectly centralized and you can easily walk everywhere. Our check-in was great. The receptionist explained to us a lot about the city, gave us lots of tips, restaurant/gelato suggestions, helped with our luggage, and walked us through everything in our room. We booked the king bed room with the spa. The room was very clean. We had issues with the spa temperature not going down from it's max temp so we couldn't use it as much as we wanted to. The shower door also didn't completely seal so it did get the floor wet. Overall, I absolutely recommend this hotel for your stay in Rome and I will definitely stay here again if I make it back to the city.

Awesome hotel!!! MUST STAY THERE!!
This is an amazing hotel. Location, Service in fact everything was awesome!! Thanks to Manuel, Azareh, and Giada were fenomenal. The breakfast was awesome too, but I did not get her name. This is close to everything. The staff will help you find the best restaurants and services!! TRUST them!!! I am super mega happy with my stay there. I WILL go here again!!! Note: I had 1 Issue that I told the front desk person. I left for dinner. When Ingot back, EVERYTHING was fixed, she made sure we were happy!!! She complimented us with a gift, and at no time Inwas upset or asked them to fix the problem. It was just to let them know. They go a million miles above and beyond for you, even pst their go home time 2 hrs. THANK YOU!!!

Very Good 8.0
Loved our stay!
We definitely enjoyed our last nights stay in Rome. The hotel was nice, clean, modern with nice decor. Breakfast was my favorite as they served eggs and bacon. The only thing I would change is the comfort of the sheets they were a little rough and the bed. The ac worked very well after a long hot day and they had a welcome champagne bottle for us. Note all or most of the bathrooms in Italy are a lot smaller than U.S so don’t expect much space the bathrooms are just big enough to fit appliance and 1 person to squeeze in and out out of. The employees were super nice and accommodating. The location is better if you want to spend a lot of time at Vatican City but a bit of a trek 30 min walk to COLLOSEUM and Roman forum. The bus was convenient so it didn’t make much of a difference. If you book you much visit the Fridgadrium for gelato it’s not far and was amazing!

Highly Recommend!
Hotel was lovely. Super modern and well thought out. I know it's a three star, but it's the nicest three star you'll get in Rome! I loved the room; great layout and lots of space. It's in a fantastic location, super safe and close to everything. Staff was wonderful! We had a hell of time getting to Rome with delays and canceled flights. Although they were not able to be at the front desk 24/7 (it's a super small hotel), they were clear when the desk would be open (our flight got in at 430AM with no heads up of our delay), staff got there early, and even brought breakfast to our room because we went straight to bed. And to add, the breakfast is amazing. As an American, sometimes all you want is bacon and eggs, and they sure have some good ones. Love it. Highly recommend.
