Hugely overpriced co mk pared.ro other hotels and they take resort fee and other amounts that you aren't told about. No hot water in the shower The toilet refilled the cistern all night as it was broken The air conditioning was so loud you could have it turned on. Seriously, it's not like the pictures

Water never really got hit- Pics k line made it seem nice and and more put together than it actually was- everything about this property was basic. Floors in elevator were dirty. Shower floors in room needed to be scrubbed better-

Not impressed
I was not happy with my stay, and at times contemplated just moving to another hotel. There were hairs in the shower, some kind of lint or something was left on the floor and would stick to my feet and then get on the sheets, the walls and baseboards were scuffed, the switchplates were askew, the air conditioner would only go down to 68 and even then it was actually a stuffy 75 degrees in the room, the water for the shower did not stay hot and the pressure was not ideal, some guy across the hall from me seemed to be living there, which is fine, but it just felt a little sketchy. I did not feel comfortable in this hotel. The staff were all wonderful and I do not want to come across as complaining about the workers at all. I just was not impressed with the property.

It was ok
The front desk services was great, I arrived Friday at 3pm and the manager was really friendly and Joel was super professional and helpful but my room was so dirty we couldn’t walk barefoot in the room because the bottom of our feet were black. The didn’t sweep or mop before we got there. Both the room and bathroom floor were dirty, very disappointed!
