Bed in a room not enough for booking status!
We make reservation for 3 pax in a room with breakfast, I though sofa bed for the 3rd person, finally only 1 king bed in a room. Ending up I need to pay extra roller bed for the 3rd person. The hotel should not accept 3 pax in a room if they do not have a sofa bed for the 3rd person! It is very bad experience !

The Element Rocks!
Overall, I had a great stay at the Element. The service was excellent, WIFI was strong, and the location was good. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I decide to visit Malaysia again.

Nice Clean Hotel
Good service, good hotel restaurant, and nice rooms. Only bummer was that the hotel pool was closed down.

Very nice hotel in a good location.
This was a great location a short 10-15 min walk from the Petronas Towers. The hotel is actually on the upper floors of the building so the views from the rooms are quite nice. We stayed in the two bedroom suite. The entire hotel has a very modern vibe and the room was no different. The room was huge and clean and even had a washing machine. The bathrooms were quite nice as well, although the shower was very loud (I know that sounds weird, but it is true). The service was very good and friendly. They were happy to store our bags to allow us a few more hours in Kuala Lumpur since we had a late flight (plan to leave 3 hours minimum before your flight if taking a cab). My only knock on it would be the bar. It was quite the dull atmosphere and lacking a decent selection of beer. However you’ll only care about that if you’re a beer snob like me. It was disappointing however since there are a lot of good bars in Singapore so I know a decent beer or two (like an IPA) wouldn’t be impossible to put in the menu.

Very Good
Element hotel of Kuala Lumpur
The Element hotel was on a street where construction and part of the road was closed so we had to go around the long way to get where we needed to go. The staff was friendly but the people or residence there seems less friendly than other hotels we stayed at, maybe the place was too clinical and didn't have a lot of charm. The room we had had an amazing view of the city of KL though so that was a bonus. I've mentioned it in the survey that the keycard needs improvement, I had numerous problems getting the elevator to read the card to get to my floor and every single time I was in the elevator someone had issues or difficulty using the card in the elevator.
