The place is not luxurious but neither is the price, but it was clean, the staff were very helpful, free breakfast buffet which was good.Great location for a walk to Moinhos Vento and to the historical center. I enjoyed walking everyday and got to experience a little of the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Boa estrutura de estrutura de prédio, quartos limpos, um excelente café da manhã, e um bom restaurante, mas problemas de equipamentos são frequentes, os 3 elevadores apresentam problemas com frequência a ponto de esperar 15 min pra ele parar no andar ou aparecer, precisei suporte de manutenção e demorou muito tempo para irem ao quarto, internet não funciona direito nas televisões dos quartos, necessita troca dos aparelhos de televisão que são muito velhos. Equipe de recepção faz o mínimo no atendimento, não é ruim, mas longe de ser bom. Já me hospedei em outros Hotéis da rede inclusive o do Praia de Belas que fica bem próximo a este da Cidade Baixa, e esse teve o pior desempenho.
