Good Property, staff lacks service skills though.
Property location and rooms are good. Front desk staff were very cold, almost no acknowledgement even when you are standing in front of their desk. It was hard to get any information. Some bell boys helped me get the local info I needed. Wifi was good in certain parts of suite, not in the bedroom though. They did not do house-keeping during my nights stay, which is fine but they should have at least informed that no housekeeping will be done. Breakfast was decent.

A great budget stay in Jeddah
A better than expected stay with comfortable beds, clean rooms and a reasonable breakfast selection. I would have liked to have seen metal cutlery being used and not so much reliance on plastic cutlery - I know covid is a concern but surely washing up is better for all than using disposable plastic?

Quick check in and out. Very convenient 10 min walk to the Corniche to see King Fahd’s fountain. Large comfortable room. Was a non-smoking room but smoke did come into room via adjoining door from room next door. Drilling in corridor at 1am-clearly no consideration of guests.

reasonably priced hotel, well located at least one receptionist seemingly had problems with reading latin script. with the reservation print out in his hands he asked me whether i booked via expedia or booking. then he asked me to come to his side of the table to check if the name on his screen was my name. i paid in cash at check in. at check out i had to pay an additional amount because the genius at check in didn't charge the full amount.
