The location is superb..it’s nested in the middle of IDA, Kazdaglari. The second highest concentration of oxygen after the Alps. The drive up to the hotel was enjoyable as well but mountain terrain is rough. We stayed in the duplex room w/fireplace and a nice deck. The only problem was there was no hot water in the shower and apparently the room next to us complained about the same. Staff acknowledged it but couldn’t do anything to remedy it at the time. I feel that was a huge hiccup for such expensive room! Our meals were pleasant, breakfast quite enjoyable overlooking the sea on one side and mountains on the other.

Perfect location as the hotel is named as “Eagle’s Nest” . The staff was georgeous with always a smiling face. The cook ( Ayhan ) was one of the best cook you can ever meet. We would definitely go back and enjoy the fireplace again.

Beautiful forest and sea view. Nice fireplace in the room. Animal friendly. Very good restaurant and waiter. However receptionist was average. The room we booked was smelling cigarette so we didnt want to take it. We told her about it. Her solution was bit funny she said okay i will leave the door open for 15 minutes. we didnt accept. She said okay I will give you another room, however new guests ( who arrived after us) choosing a room so you need to wait and after their decision you can choose your room. The problem is there are only two rooms with fireplace,one is smelling cigarette, the other one can be taken by the other guests. I said no we need to choose first because we came before.she didnt reply properly. At the end the other guests didnt choose the room with chimney so we got the room. So we enjoyed our nice room. However the way receptionist handled the situation was not professional. Harika manzarali restaurant. Restaurant çalışanları çok iyi. Şömineli odaları çok güzel. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi pek profesyonel değil maalesef. Ayırttığımız oda sigara kokuyordu. Durumu anlattık. Kapıyı açıp 15 dakika havalandıracağını söyledi. Kabul etmedik tabi ki. Başka odaya geçmek istedik. Bizden sonra gelen müşteri odasını seçtikten sonra kalan odalardan seçebileceğimizi söyledi. Biz onlardan önce geldik dedim, oda seçmek öncelikle bizim hakkımız. Bizi geçiştirdi. Neyse sonunda bizden sonra gelen müşteri şömineli odayı istemediği için, biz istediğimiz odaya geçebildik.
