Beautiful solo stay
I came to stay at this hotel to visit family that live locally. This hotel is beautiful- property is gorgeous, restaurant is top notch, but the service is what makes it amazing. The staff from the reception, housekeeping , beach staff, valet, workers you meet on the elevator - all are kind, polite, gracious. I am so impressed at what they do right. I wish the bed had been a bit softer for me, that you could stream your desired app on the television- but aside from that - wonderful.

Disappointing room
Our room, 318, had no closet. We had to have a clothes rack and hangers delivered. The porch faced a low wall so you can only have a view if you stand up. The bathroom towel racks are so low (one is behind the toilet) and close to the wall there is no place to hang a bath towel except on the shower curtain rod. It was disappointing and not worth $500 plus per night. The rest of our stay was great - car valets, pools, beach, Drift, exercise room, computer center, front desk service.

Dissatisfied with Hutchinson Resort
Very poor customer service. Lots of added resort fees valet parking tips. We were a couple who was part of a much larger group. The hotel is beautiful the wait staff lovely but management on all levels were rude and unapproachable. I will not return.
