Great room, excellent location and the 2 ladies that are in charge of the rooms , Frederica and Gabrielle couldn't be more helpfull and great with us. We really enjoyed Rome!

Modern + clean, with great location! Would return.
Fabulous location, with easy access to all the sites we wanted to see. Room and overall space was modern, well kept, and lovely! Pre-arrival and on-site service was exceptional. Good and reliable wifi. Additionally, Airport-Car-transfer arrangements were made for us, and it was well-priced, and well organized, with very professional drivers. There are only 2 things I would give constructive feedback on: (1) street-noise in room was surprising: it kind of sounded like the window was open. We travel with a "white-noise-app" we used to drown out the sound of cars, which worked perfectly. Had a great sleep with the app on (the really comfortable bed certainly helped too). (2) breakfast - after being in Italy 3 weeks, I hadn't come to expect anything super fancy for breakfast (but I actually really looked forward to most hotel offerings), but the one offered here was disappointing. I wished there had been some kind of fruit or yogurt option, perhaps less-processed options. What was offered: corn flakes (and one other cereal I can't recall), really sweet (dessert-like) croissants (fresh, but sugary), white sandwich-style bread for toasting, sugary juice (not natural), and pre-sliced cheese/salami. Oh and Coffee - which was tasty! On our second day we discovered a little juice vendor just across the way maybe a 1 minute walk - for 5 euros, you can get a large fresh and amazing custom juice! That plush a coffee and croissant worked perfectly well for me :) Would stay again!

B&B As It Should Be
Absolutely was so nice. We enjoyed the hospitality of Federica and she went out of her way to help us with luggage and obtaining a car to take us to our next location. Breakfast was such a treat. Would love go be back there. Wonderful location also

Great value
Good location near tube station, plenty of resturants and cafes near. But noisy in the b&b in the mornings due mostly to small size of building. Room was of a very high standard, fresh and modern.

Great B&B in a big city
Lovely B&B in Rome on a busy shopping street close to the Vatican area. We had a lovely bright room with a nice bathroom, air conditioning was welcome. At the B&B we were met by our host Federica, who was friendly and very helpful, she helped us pre-book our tickets for the Vatican which was great as the queues are long! The communal breakfast area was very nice and there was plenty to eat each morning with cereal, pastries, bread, cheese and meats. A point for awareness is that it is located on a busy road, which is great for getting around, however it could be quite noisy (especially if you are not used to it). As for location, we walked everywhere except for taking the Metro to & from Termini to get to the airport. There are so many stunning views to be had if you stay above ground. The colosseum was roughly a 30-40 minute walk however took longer due to being distracted by many other sights.
