Best Croissants in France!!!
We loved this hotel; the room was lovely with comfortable beds and nice linens. The location could not have been better to visit the amazing Chateau Villandry. The breakfast was the best we had on offer, in any hotel or BnB, for our entire 3-week trip through France including Paris. The croissants were enough to make you close your eyes in sheer gastro-heaven; flaky and buttery. My mouth waters just remembering the taste! The employees were also very helpful, kind and especially Isabela, a delightful person! She was our first contact and set the tone for our stay. I highly recommend Le Haut des Lys.

Lovely converted 16thC convent with large rooms, modern fittings and eclectic artwork. Visit the bar to see the original stained glass of the chapel. Evening meal also very good

Clean and nice
The hotel was very clean, the personal friendly and helpful. The location is also very good, just minutes walking distance from Villandry castle, which I warmly recommend to be visited. There are other castles nearby, although a car is needed. The breakfast is not various but it is not so important for us. I really liked the place and recommend it to everyone.
