Lovely people and meals
On arrival we were upgraded to a room in the main building. There was a lift to take our bags up. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was really nice. The room was comfortable with lovely views, however we were plagued by noisy traffic both late into the evening and from very early in the morning. We were really surprised as we thought this location was remote. As we were up so early (6am) we decided to go for breakfast at 7am and we had one of the nicest that we have had compared to other hotels we have stayed in in Germany. We would recommend this because of the overall impression, but only for people who can sleep through the noise!

The lovely staff really stand out at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful. Great room- large and comfortable. Huge balcony with a good view. Lovely restaurant and bar. Easy and free parking at the front. Well-located for visiting the area.

Wonderful hotel. Although furnishings are a dated, your receive excellent service by the hardworking owner. We dined at their restaurant and their food was excellent. They offer a full buffet breakfast which is also absolutely great. The location is also perfect if you plan to explore the Black Forest.

Lovely hotel.
What a lovely hotel run by lovely people. Ronny made us feel so welcome when we arrived and the room was made up with an special cartoon duvet for our youngest which went down well. The breakfast was perfect with a nice selection and the waiting staff for both dinner and breakfast were very friendly and efficient. We have been travelling across Europe and America for the last 3 months and we really felt the service we received here was the best yet. We will be sure to return. Thank you all.
