Antalya Adonis Hotel, Antalya

We booked all inclusive at the hotel and 6 days in my partners wristband came off, we went down to then restaurant to eat and the staff wouldn’t let him in without his wristband even though I told them he was with me and I had my all inclusive wristband on and that all the staff had seen him all the time and knew we were all inclusive. The staff weren’t bothered, didn’t bother to check out booking just straight refused to let him in, complained to the customer service desk and they too weren’t bothered saying we can’t do anything. I advised them that my partner wasn’t able to take advantage of the service we had signed but for but again they robbed us off!!! Really angry and really upset as we have stayed here before and no compensation or good will and no apology given!!! Won’t be staying there again!!!

Especially the service in this hotel was really dissapointing. While eating your meal, the staff is just standing in the corner of the salon and not serving you anything, you have to get your drinks from the bar yourself. The food is cold and no variety at all. One day the Turkish snack "gozleme" was supposed to be prepared during the afternoon hours, but the staff told us that the lady was on holiday so there was no "gozleme" at that time, and they didn't take the effort to replace it with something else! The music on the beach is extremely loud and makes you wonder whether you are in a club instead of on the beach, when asking the animation guy to turn down the volume, he was arrogant and didn't do turn it down. All the lights in the common areas were closed, which made the hotel look really cold and not cosy. Nobody speaks a word of English!

Nice Hotel, clean rooms, stylish and decent size. Clean bathroom. Food buffet ok. Hotel was very quiet due to “winter“ season. All in all good hotel, even tho looks somewhat “spartanic“. Spa area and indoor pool ok, but does not smell very nice. Good location and view.

The staff is not so helpful. If I asked for details of city tour it was not provided in detail. When I booked a tour it was cancelled. The guy at hamam massage doesn't know English and not so courteous. The dinner closes at 9pm.too early. All cultural programmes are in local language. Not recommended for international English speaking tourists.

This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. No service, the front desk was unpleasant and had no respect. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The food wasn't good. Do not come here, this is definitely NOT recommended!! This hotel is NOT 4 stars!!!
