My stay
Not a bad stay but concerned that my ‘pay booking at hotel’ was disregarded. My bank account was debited the full booking amount 5 HOURS before check in time and 6 hours before my arrival. Received an unsatisfactory answer as to why it happened and an offer to bill a different way was not very forthcoming. Would also point out that the promised ‘blackout curtains’ are not blackout curtains, and I wish I had remembered that there is a nightclub next door that pounds bass music until 3 or 4 am. The young man working late night/mornings is very professional and kind. Thank him for me please.

Stayed here before name change - only lobby seems better - Same Smelly room ( esp no window rooms ), same old wallpaper on room walls, halls old and old furniture in rooms
