This was a good place to stay for 2 nights. We were able to walk to a lot of places, just 7 min walk to Trevi Fountain and right by the spanish steps. Took us only 20-25 mins walk to the Colosseum so we can experience the streets of Rome; literally ROMED around. Space is good for 2-3 people could be 4. our bed was comfortable. High Ceilings with historical painting right above you. So it felt peaceful and cool to lay down and look up. They have a hair dryer. good closet space. They offer breakfast for a small fee, we didn't eat there since we were packed with activities. The staff was amazing. very helpful and accommodating. They lent us umbrellas and a converter to charge our phones. Since we had to leave at 5 am the next day, they were able to check us out the day before bc front desk don't start until 8am and ends at 10pm. There is a very small elevator that fits 2 ppl with 2 small luggage but better than a walk up! I'm grateful! I would stay here again! It's quiet and I felt safe.

Booked the hotel through Expedia. When I arrived late at night the hotel staff claimed Expedia made a mistake and there were no more rooms. Rather than contact me on my mobile which they had through the Expedia booking they arrange a room with their friends in the neighbouring hotel. This was a hotel I read about through Expedia and chose to reject. It was too late at night to find something else. The neighbouring hotel had no air conditioning and had a window facing workers who were doing demolition work all night. It was either heat or noise - take your pick. The hotel did not allow friends from another hotel across the street from visiting me in my room. No reason was offered. I had to go downstairs to meet with them and plan the day. And the hotel wanted to charge the difference between what I paid Expedia and their rates and had to argue that this was a matter between the hotel I booked and itself. Well there you go. And the hotel blamed Expedia which I believe is utter garbage. Expedia would only sell what it knows is available.

Very Good 8.0
Better than average in Rome for family of 4 but...
Great location, excellent service, modern. However, tiniest elevator that has no AC so we ended up walking up 3 flights all the time. For a family of 4 we got 2 separate bed rooms with a separate bathroom outside the room Although the bathroom was just for us, it was inconvenient to have to walk outside the room to access bathroom ie. middle of night. Plus the family was not “together “ in 1 room. Teens were unhappy with wifi quality- lots of crying/complaining!!!

Exceptional 10.0
Highly recommended
Because the hotel advertised a double bed in the room I booked a room with an extra single bed. Their double beds are 2 singles together making them a king bed - a language translation problem. Our room was at the back of the hotel, very quiet and super clean. The location is superb, a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. I would very much recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Rome 3 nights stay, February, 2 triple rooms
This is a great little place located in the heart of everything. You are walking distance to all the major sights. A metro stop is nearby as well. This small boutique hotel only have few rooms in a floor of a building but rooms are very well appointed, beds are super comfortable and very clean and modern. My favorite part of the rooms were the original frescoes on the really high ceilings! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Know that they front desk is not staffed overnight so if you are planning to arrive or leave before or after their hours they you’ll have to make arrangements with them to check in/out. They offer breakfast, but I didn’t take advantage of it but I did see that had a nice setup for it. You are nearby lots of shopping, Spanish Steps are just around the corner, Trevi less than ten minutes walk, even Vatican and Colosseum and Forums are within walking distance. Loved this place!
