Remember to factor in temperature and extra charge
Read other reviews and they said that the hotel staff wasn't nice, which was not true. However during check in, the staff said to me that there wouldn't be aircon. Which to me was not a problem as it was winter and I could open the windows. However the staff then said that there was heating through the building... this was the main issue. There is NO WAY to turn off the heating, and staying the the duplex, heat risen to the bedroom level and it was unbearable. It was impossible to fall asleep. Also the remote controls were hidden inside boxes through the room, and there was a price list next to the bed that listed every object in the room for a price (i.e. tooth brush, towel etc.). These are additonal, so for every extra towel you ask for, you are charged. Staying in the duplex, i would've expected a "room tour" by a staff, showing me where all the remotes are, how to control what... instead i spent a good 30 min looking for the curtain remotes which were in a box under the tv cabinet. Also i had to wheel my own luggage up to my room and staff didnt offer to help bring it up or subsequently delivered.

This is the very first hotel ever in my life charging their guests for additional water, pillows, towels, etc. I understand that the hotel business wasn’t doing well due to pandemic but doesn’t mean that they can be so stingy and try to make money out of their guests for unreasonable stuffs. Hotel staffs were also very cold and unwelcoming. I am not expecting them to be over nice but they don’t have to give an impression to the guests checking in about them hating their jobs. This hotel, in general, seems to be new to business where needs to do more market research and learn about industry standards.
