Great hotel - definitely recommend
I can't say enough good things about this place. Delicious food and coffee downstairs, fun and modern rooms, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, great location. I would definitely recommend it!

Great hotel experience!
Excellent hotel. The location couldn't be better - a couple of blocks away from the Metro, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on St. Denis, great breakfast, etc. We didn't mind at all that there was no daily housekeeping. We didn't use the kitchen to cook meals, but it was great to have a fridge on hand for fruit/sodas, etc. We did use the in-room washer and dryer as well. The only "negative" - the bathroom walls, including the toilet area, are 100% clear glass. I know some couples don't mind this, but we like our privacy on the toilet. We ended up rigging coverage of the walls using the towels and bathrobes. It was pretty silly. We mentioned this at check out. The desk person said the design was meant to promote "intimacy", but that future Boxotels might not be so "intimate". At the very least, there should be a mechanism to provide the privacy if needed and let people decide for themselves. Otherwise, it really was a great experience! Definitely recommend it!

Modern Boutique Hotel
Quaint little hotel near Downtown and Gay Village. Upon arrival, there's a Cafe Nomad connected to the lobby. This is where you receive breakfast, which included a selection of coffee or tea, orange juice or smoothie, granola with either yogurt or milk, and croissant, bagel or other pastries they had. Everything we ate from breakfast was amazing. There is also a downstairs work/eating space you can sit down at as well. Small elevator takes you to your room. Our room was a moderate size. Very modern decor with awesome amenities like a small kitchen and washer and dryer. Bed was conformable and blackout shades help you sleep in darkness at night. On the rooftop is where the magic happens. They have a lounge area with a great view. Included is a grill, hot tub, and small hey pool. For us it was a perfect way to cap off our evenings. Location wise, we were very close to a lot of bar and restaurants. Across the street was a park which had basketball courts and a soccer field. Parking was easy but comes at a small price per day.
