Do not even think about staying here!
This motel has a 6 rating - it should be 1 or less. First, cleanliness was deplorable. Room was supposedly a no smoking room - wreaked badly. 2nd sheets were disgusting, even showed the owners the pillow sheet that looked like someone walked on it with their work boots. 3rd the bathroom sink was in bad condition and the towels were no better than the sheets - wouldn't use them on my dog! 4th - when asked to change the sheets, we were met with attitude from the owner. This for $150 (it was a busy weekend for Brimfield Fair and they took full advantage) ??? BTW - the pool? It was not open, hasn't been for some time. The WiFi - you'd be better off using TomTom drums for communication. We went to our appointment, left early so we could make the 3hr drive home - arrived home at 1am. There was no one in the office to alert of our decision and the owners decided to decline our request for refund because we didn't tell them we were leaving...Nice work, I am confident this review will cost you more than a 1 night stay in your poorly kept, and over rated establishment!

Boo Don’t plan on using the WiFi or pool
It was advertised WiFi!! A pool! They did NOT have WiFi I had to cancel meeting’s. The pool has not been in use for years! The house keeping staff was very nice.

Would have been ok for the money if any effort was put in to keep the rooms clean and sanitary. As is, the price was way too high for the poor quality level of the room.

Dead mouse
Hotel has dead mice in their rooms! Room stunk when we first opened the door, then I saw the dead mouse. When I called the “front desk” I explained to them what it was and he was acting like I was crazy!! Besides the dead mouse, it was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in my entire life.
