Location
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Weatherford Hotel. It’s a vintage hotel with a lot of character. The location can’t be bet. We spent the entire time walking around downtown Flagstaff, enjoying the many restaurants, breweries and local shops. We will definitely stay here again!

Terrible Bed
Charming hotel, with quirks from the 1890s. With that said, the bed felt like it was also from 1890. It made a loud squeaking sound anytime you shifted, and we both got terrible sleep. The room was small, and the bathroom was even smaller.

Very Good8.0
The Weatherford is historic and in good shape. It has heat through original radiators and was very comfortable. The location is in the heart of all of the shopping and dining district. The hotel has two bars and dining options. It’s fun but can be noisy. Just a reminder it’s also in the heart of a college town. We loved our stay

Great location, not so great everything else
We loved the old building and downtown area! We went to college here and know the town very well. The staff seemed to not be communicating well on what we as guests could and could not do around the property due to new winter hours. We went on Veterans Day and didn’t know that particular holiday would affect the hours of their bars in the hotel. Only one bar was open out of the three there. The beds didn’t have enough blankets considering the 18 degree temperatures outside and they weren’t comfortable at all. Also beware, there are no actual showers, just tubs with a shower hose. We know of other great hotels downtown but wanted to give this one a shot, as we’d never stayed here before. Sadly, I don’t think we’ll be back here again.

Perfect location. However, very disappointed overall. No shower in the room, only a bathtub. We had an issue with the doorman, who after returning to the room a little after midnight had the doors to the hotel locked. Im assuming the Fire Marshall wouldn’t agree with that decision!
