This little resort was perfect. Was low key & had everything we needed to enjoy a nice boys trip. Boat rental prices were definitely some of the best around. We stayed 4 night and it was absolutely amazing experience. Location to stores and restaurants was very close. Room/Boat was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. We rented a boat for the day and it was very easy to pickup and drop off. The support staff was friendly and helpful when ever needed

Check in qas minutes. Got there early and took boat out. When we returned back from a beautiful day on the water our apt. was ready. Jimmy the dock hand was so helpful and the office staff was great with us. We took our dog, no problem. The key deer are all over the place, when you cook out the grill they must think it's dinner time, was so cool to see them. Remember, do not touch or feed them. 10 of 10!

Kids and I really liked this! First time on a houseboat, they loved it. It was spacious, cool, and clean. The staff was super attentive and supportive and available. We arrived late but they had our name on the door and key inside. Ants had got in one of the bedrooms (how do ants get on a boat!?) and they called Orkin...I would have just went to CVS for some ant spray but they made sure they were gone. Full size fridge, stove, extra bed space, and grills outside. My kids LOVED the pool. They offer a nice line or drinks and snacks, and DISCOUNT on kayak and canoe rental. They also offer boat rental but we did not try it. We Kayaked and had a nice time, note that if the wind is high go down nearby channels and it was a nice cruise for kayaks. We WILL BE BACK!! Joe

We had a terrible check-in, not the resorts fault but Expedia. We were on the phone for over an hour with expedia customer service goung back and forth about our check in time, but luckily when we got there the worker was super friendly and had everything ready for us. Its a very neat experience and cozy. Very good layout for the size of boathouse so nothing felt crammed. Overall would definitely go again. In fact, we booked another night there.

I stayed in one of the floating cabins, where I have stayed before. The cabin has adequate facilities. But it is highly enjoyable to stay on a small houseboat with parking next to the boat. The staff there is always friendly.
