Exceptional 10.0
Nice place
Small room, as the norm in Tokyo. But not too small for 1 person. Wi-Fi worked great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Also had the added convenience of being attached to a 7-11. Overall it's a good place to stay.

Good location
Great location. Small, but efficient, room. Walk to Shimbishi station --2 stops from bullet train station or line to Haneda airport. Near good restaurants. Room is very comfortable. (Very small-- this is not ideal for people with large luggage).

Poor 2.0
Not even a cup of coffee
Room 602 the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. Cannot get a cup of coffee in the hotel unless you purchase their full breakfast.

Hotel Musse Ginza Review
The hotel is located just a short walk away from the Ginza shopping district. There are multiple options for eating and drinking, including a Spanish restaurant almost next door. The rooms were not as large as in the U.S. but better than most Japanese Hotels. Everything is very new and clean. The staff is very friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay.

Very Good 8.0
Great stay
Friendly staff, really good breakfast that’s in the restaurant attached, really the only big complaints is the room doesn’t have a microwave and the beds were a little on the harder side (prefer a softer mattress), it was a litttle hard working the thermostat since it was fully in Japanese and the remote was as well. It would have been nice to be able to watch the news with English subtitles but couldn’t figure that out. Plenty of wall outlets though which was amazing and the staff was great!
