Wonderful hotel, location and price
The hotel and the rooms are jot very large but very beautifully and tastefully designed. The breakfast buffet selection is amazing, and the onsen is spa-like. I would definitely go back and recommend to others. The price is also very reasonable considering all of the above.

Pleasant Enough.
We were a family of four, two kids and booked, based on previous reviews, 2 rooms. I’m glad I did do, as the room was very small. There were two twin mattresses pushed together and up against one side wall, so that one of us had to “crawl “ in and out of bed. The mattresses were very hard and wernot secured in place and therefore moving apart. Therefore, you could not have a child sleep in the middle. The bench under the window was nice, and needed to put your suitcases on, as there is no closet in the room, only a couple of hangers right on the wall. The bathroom was small and, compared to Dormy Inn and Tokyu Stay, has no separate toilet. Overall the room felt like a cabin on a cruise ship minus the storage. Nice down comforters, but uncomfortable pillows, as I actually that in every hotel I stayed in Japan. The Onsen was clean and nice. The breakfast was good, but there was basically no fresh fruit. Just a few wedges of oranges and fruit compote. The location of the hotel was convenient. I’m so glad, that we did not stay in Shibuya, as recommended in many travel books or blogs. I went one night to Shibuya and felt like being in a pop concert. It was that crowded! The neighborhood of the hotel was actually quite. Our room was on the 2nd floor. First, I thought, it would get loud at night, but that was not the case during the 3 nights we stayed. The front desk gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Overall it was a pleasant enough stay.
