Meh. My room was 5 feet from the front check in desk. It had an odor. The window was at street level so people could see into my room if the blinds werent closed all the way. If I opened the window, cigarette smoke gets in the room. Outside the door was the "couch area"- the only area in the hotel for people to congregate aside from in their room.

FEATHER FACTORY IS FANTASTIC!!!
I thought the hotel was FANTASTIC!!! Very clean!!! The bed was excellent, the television had many channels, front desk was very friendly! They had a little store to get food, water, snacks etc in the lobby. BRAVO!!!

Nice place, crappy staff, keycard elevator hassle
Overall the place is up to date clean and comfortable, the staff however are not very competitent on customer service. I waited 2 hours to obtain my room simply because "it was not ready". Insteas of offering another room they checked in 4 other guests before me in under 5 minuntes each. After loosing my cool a bit, they gave me a larger room with absolutlety no view which annoyed me but at least I finally obtained a room after having ruining my evening plans. Also needing a keycard to get up the elevator is quite a hassle.
