My comments say it all
Overall my satisfaction is good. However, one employee at the main desk (customer service) was very rude to me. I complained to the hotel management and both management and the rest of the employees were excellent. Everyone except for that one guy was very helpful and attentive. The mattres for my bed was too hard and uncomfortable for my taste. The room was very clean and room service is excellent. The hotel is near Tokyo station, a central location in Tokyo. The closest train/subway station is only two blocks away. There is a supermarket a few steps away from the hotel that (I think) is open 24 hours a day. You can get breakfast at the hotel. There are several restaurants near the hotel. I did not like that the programming on my room TV was only in Japanese; I think that you would have to pay to get English programming.

Recommended!
We spent one night at Unizo Inn. The hotel is modern and well kept. Check in and check out were smooth. The room was small, as is to be expected in Tokyo, but comfortable, functional and spotless. There not much storage space, though. The location was excellent for our purposes, as we wanted to be close to Tokyo station to catch a train the next morning. The neighborhood seemed nice. I recommend this hotel!

Well located, clean, but cramped
Pros: Kanda is a good location. There's a decent range of restaurants, bars and cafes, and it's convenient to the trains. The hotel is new, very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Cons: Even by Japanese standards the rooms are small and it's quite difficult moving around without falling over your luggage. The bed is also small and built into a corner (at least ours was) making it even more cramped and awkward to get in and out if you're the one sleeping next to the wall.

Exceptional 10.0
Great little place for a quick stay
The stay was great! Check in was easy even though we arrived late, and the staff did speak enough English to communicate housekeeping needs to. The rooms are very small, as are more Japanese hotel rooms, but we stayed at 4 other places on our trip and this room was the smallest. That being said, the location was also the best, just a few minutes walk from the Akihabura station.

One stop from Tokyo Station
The hotel and the staff were nice. We were not very pleased with the area but it was only one subway stop from the train station. It was convenient.
