We picked this hotel as it is in the heart of the city very close to the main squares and cafes, it was also just a few minutes from the bus station outside the city gate so travelling about the island was easy. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good with a selection of buffet items and hot food cooked to order. The bedroom was nicely set out with a great shower in the bathroom. Valletta is a hilly city so expect a few steep narrow streets when exploring but the hotel is in a historic safe and clean area.

This place is in an excellent location, being on the edge of the old city. The staff are very helpful, Aldo was particularly good. Valetta itself is a blast, except for one thing- there’s a lot of uphill walking ( not good for an old bloke!) But seriously- visit Valetta
