The neighbors clearly don’t like the hotel guests
The apartment itself was really nice and the location can not be beat! The main issue was the annoying next door neighbor (this is a condo complex with renters/owners throughout) she complained around 4 pm That we were too loud (we had just checked in and were talking In normal tones) but security ended up paying ya a visit around 6 pm. Aren’t quiet hours starting at 9? Anyways during our four day stay the neighbor made us worried to even turn on the tv for fear of being asked to leave our hotel room. Overall, the location itself is absolutely amazing for Seattle and the price itself was totally worth it.

I stayed at a suite style apartment with a group of friends. The view from the apartment was beautiful and the location was awesome. It was hard to find the room and the building was confusing. The condition of the apartment was very good but not perfect. Overall, we had a blast pretending that we lived in downtown Seattle!

nice place but don't expect help from management
The room and building was very nice. Great location to see sites in Seattle. The wifi did not work the entire time and we called multiple times to get it fixed and nobody came out the entire stay to fix it. Also all the batteries were missing in the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

The apartment concept itself was great, however, if you like more of the hotel amenities, this is not for you. It was close to everything and you could easily walk everywhere. I just didn’t like that there was not someone on staff from Stay Alfred since these are actual apartments that people live at. The cleanliness of the apartment was okay, it could be better. There were carpet stains, baseboards were not up to par, etc on little minor details. There was also only one trash bag provided and that was not enough to throw out our stuff. Another thing, the pull out sofa mattress was absolutely horrible, you could feel every spring through it. Overall, concept was great, but needs a lot of tweaking to work perfectly.

Room was nicer than expected; "service" via phone call was better than expected. Not crazy about changing buildings to get to the swimming pools. Nice location
