Feb half term break
Receptionists very pleasant and friendly on arrival and we were allowed to check in and go straight into our room early. The room was basic but had all that was required. everything seemed clean but there was a strange smell which seemed to get worse once we’d been out and about. We discussed it with the duty manager who was very obliging and resolved the problem straight away by moving us to a different room. She was lovely. Entertainment room and bar was really good and we really enjoyed the act we saw! And the bingo! The long tables in there could be a pain when only couples are attending. We didn’t have food so couldn’t comment. Blackpool was quiet at this time of year but the room was nice and quiet too and we slept well. Really good central location for all the activities. No parking available but this is quite the norm for Blackpool and there is plenty of off street parking! Would love to stay again x

Good 6.0
No frills, budget hotel, excellent food.
Absolute chaos at 5.30am! Fire alarm going off for 40 minutes, no telephone in the bedroom but I managed to find the reception number and called on my mobile, I was told it was a false alarm as water had leaked through the ceiling of one room into the fire alarm in the room below setting it off. Majority of the hotel was filled with older people, people were coming out of their rooms not knowing what was going on, some coming back up the stairs saying false alarm others still worried. As there was not a phone in the room you would of though a member of staff could of at least shouted up the stairs to everyone to put their minds at rest. Later that morning i thought there might of been a notice apologising for the inconvenience but no nothing. The room was ok, really nice view of the sea but opening the bathroom door we were met with an awful smell, air freshener was left on the side so I’m guessing this is an ongoing problem. The lifts are exceptionally small, we managed 2 people squeezed together and 2 stalls cases. We didn’t go down to see the entertainment but sounded really good. Food was excellent! and staff very friendly.

Enjoyable stay, can't understand negative reviews
Very enjoyable, breakfast good, friendly staff (in general), reasonable bar prices and the entertainment we saw was good. Room was a little small but clean and comfortable and quite quiet.

Roal Seabank Blackpool
No complaints other than it was rather overpriced. excellent location with ample, free, on street parking so no need to use the £7per night hotel parking, which would have been further away. Very convivial bar/lounge area right on the promenade.
