Wouldn't stay too long
I checked in for a 3 night stay. Glad I wasn't there lomger. For a non-smoking property, there sure was a smoke smell in the building. Not sure if it was just tobacco or something else. The bright pink hair dye on the wall above the shower, bathroom wall, and near the bed was a bit suprising but at least I knew what it was. But seeing it show through the bedding from the mattress was a bit disturbing when I saw it my last day there. I also understand that people need to do laundry if staying an extended time, but the pair of boxer shorts in the stairway the entire time had me thinking that it wasn't checked on a regular basis. The pictures online must have been one of the nicer rooms there, as the room I had was banged up and scratched up on the corners / edges. The fridge / freezer, cook top, microwave, and heat - A/C all worked ok and relitivly clean / clean enough to use. There was no hand towels, only bath towels, wash clothes, and a bath mat. None of them seemed to match but they were clean. The staff was friendly the small amount I interacted with them. I also don't blame the guy that asked for a refund after I checked in. He was planning to stay there 6 weeks for work but it didn't match what he saw online either. He was gone before I had my second trip of things in my room.

For a length of stay, average price and condition.
We had a power outage and needed a full refrigerator for food. Luckily, this Extended Stay location was available. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Guest reps and maintenance were excellent. Drawbacks, no coffee pots, hairdryers, ice machine (but trays in frig), and window blind not closing. Room condition was average. Very busy but surprisingly quiet.

Decent room for the price
Overall, really decent for the price. The room was clean, the fridge, air conditioner, bed, TV, and shower were all in good working order. The pillows were not comfortable at all. Bring extra towels if you need them. The one elevator was out one of the nights I was there and the door to get in closest to my room was broken.

Nothing but a roach motel
Absolutely awful!!! Thea picture on the website are NOTHING like in person. From the awful smell of the hotel in the hallways and room, the floor was dirty, the lamp had a stain on it, the sink was not clean and we killed a roach at 10pm. The hotel was loud and I’m sure there was illegal activity going on. There was NO ONE at the front desk, we tried to call and no answer. No one at check out either at 730am. We should have slept in the car.

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY
I don't know where to begin. They need to let you know upfront that this use to be Woodspring Suite hotel/motel. I would have NEVER booked had I know this. I had a very late flight so I call to let them know only to find out that there isn't any front desk help. I was to call when I got there and they would come down. Ok, I get there right around 11:55pm. NO ONE comes to the door until 12:25am after I have called the 500 number 3 times. A guest was there waiting on a pizza even said, this is terrible. Finally get checked in and when I tell you I smoke is the only thing you could smell in this room. I couldn't even sleep because of the smell. It was the absolute worst. You all need to pull up the floor, wash the walls and fix this. I would never stay here again and would NEVER recommend this location.
