The property location is awesome in the heart of a beautiful neighborhood in the city. Our room was beautiful and clean with a good view. Staff were nice but unfortunately we had a bad experience with one staff from their suites. We came back to our hotel around 8:30 PM and I was told that the door will be open before 11:00 PM so I did not get the instruction on how to open the door with me and I had to go to next door to get help from their 24/7 reception. There was a young lady there which was not nice and without a smile and willingness to help kept reminding me about having the instructions with me the whole time and when she opened the door for us and I thanked her she just left with a cold face and not saying anything.

Wonderful place and amazing staff
This place is amazing. I was super impressed. It's not fancy, but very functional. It's quiet, clean and spacious. The bed and pillow are so comfortable; we were totally relaxed after sleep. Staff are so nice and helpful. I can't thank them enough. The location is also very good. You can walk to most of the places. There are grocery stores within 5 min of walking. Highly recommended!

Great Stay In Porto
The apartments are very close to the center and well located. The apartment had plenty of room and an outside deck. Everything was very clean and new. The people were so nice and very helpful. It was a very nice stay and I would definitely go back.

I can't say enough good stuff about this place!
Good size one BR apartment, especially by European standards. Clean and modern. Well appointed kitchen for meal prep, when desired. And still cheaper than nearby tiny hotel rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful desk staff were better than concierge service I've received in 4&5 star hotels.
