Our Hotel stay in London.
This was our first time staying here and will probably be our last. Although the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful, the bed was very uncomfortable and the noise after hours made it difficult to sleep. The sheets were not changed until the third day, nor the towels changed out; we had to ask for clean towels. The location was a short distance from the metro, which was nice. However if you want to be near the main attractions, this hotel is not the one for you.

Good location but room was noisy
We booked this hostel for the location and on that front it delivered. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable and the gaps at the top and bottom of the room door meant we could hear every conversation at the reception desk through the night. It was lucky we were so tired, otherwise we might not have been able to sleep through the disturbances.

Clean but small rooms
This hotel was worth the stay. Very clean and convenient to the Hammersmith station. Rooms are little small and the first floor ones can get loud with all the foot traffic. Would stay again for the price.
