Great Rome vacation!
A wonderful looking cation and the apartment was excellent. Checking was very easy (compliments of Esibetta).

Good 6.0
Good Location
Good location, especially to The Vatican. There is no lift, be prepared to struggle if you have large bags. There is a cleaning charge but you are expected to remove your rubbish and there was a sign saying to leave the kitchen cleaner than you found it. The pictures make the rooms look better than what they are but in saying that they are still good. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Exceptional 10.0
Wonderful clean home away from home, perfect service with airport transfers, welcome and standby support.

Poor 2.0
CAUTION you can´t cancel this reservation. They charge 50 Euros for what they consider "late check-in." Their check-in is 7am to1 pm. Before or after these 6 hours you will be charged an additional 50 Euros. The "cleaning fee" is 60 Euros. If you leave a glass unwashed you will be charged 60 Euros for not leaving the premisses in an "acceptable" condition. If your stay will be short, staying here will cost you more than a first class hotel. You will have to take your bags up two very narrow circular marble stairs. I am 78 years old and had the disageeable experience of struggling up those stairs with my suitcase as the young man who was being paid 50 Euros for my "check-in" watched. Of course he was unaware that I am one of a handful of AML cancer survivors who was making one last tour of the world soon to be left behind.
