Palazzo Veneziano, Venice
We had a great staying at Palazzo Veneziano. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming, they have provided many information prior to my arrival. We’ve got upgraded to a deluxe canal room with a separate bedroom and living room. The bed was extremely comfortable and very chic and clean room. I love the white marble bathroom, very contemporary. The location is great, easily walking to St Marco square and it was nice to explore the streets around the city. Excellent breakfast too. I surely will be returning to the hotel.

Wonderful, charming, quiet hotel
This hotel is definitely off the main road if you want to be near San Marcos Square or the museums but it’s worth it!!! We arrived during the high tide AND high water (which normally does not happen). We were drenched entering the hotel. Water was up to our calves on the streets and even entering the hotel. But they staff was so welcoming with slippers and large towels to help dry us off. They even sold heavy duty rain boots if you didn’t want to rush going to the square to find the cheaper rain boot covers. The room is very spacious (especially for Europe) and the bathroom too! They only had two pillows but we asked for two more and they arrived within minutes. I believe it’s a smaller hotel but it has the amenities of a large 5 star American hotel. The bar is quaint and the wine pours are generous. The included breakfast is out do this world. Scrambled eggs, sautéed veggies, an entire meat and cheese spread (condiments too!), pastries and breads galore. Tons of sparkling and still water, champagne, juices and amazing coffee bar. Cereals and 4 types of milk (regular, rice, soy and almond). Friendly and helpful bfast staff and two very sweet and spacious rooms to eat in. Breakfast went til 10:30 but even at 10:50 they still had food and didn’t rush you out do the eating rooms (they slowly cleaned up around you). This truely is a wonderful boutique style hotel with a very friendly staff and great amenities. We would stay here everytime in the future.

Great Choice
Clean hotel, amazing breakfast, and great staff. Not only did they give us solid recommendations, but also helped us navigate the water taxi system.

Was surprised with the renovations at the front of the hotel. I think this effected our room. We were to have a view of the grand canal but we had a room on the back side of the hotel. Other than this, the hotel was great!!

Modern comfort and great location
Ultra modern hotel on sea embankment in Dorsoduro neighborhood. Short water taxi ride from train station. Walking distance to all points. The only negative was some construction work on site with mild noise (Oct 2018). Sidewalk cafes, gelateria, and water bus stop just outside hotel entrance.
