Very comfy stay
Junior suite was lovely, staff attention could not have been better - great place to stay. There was some building work going on which affected access but that will be finished soon...overall we highly recommend the hotel.

Good Location, Friendly
Friendly service. Central location. Good breakfast. The cave rooms are fun but dirt falls from the ceiling constantly which makes it seem dirty. We preferred the regular rooms upstairs. No TV. The roof has a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning. Be sure to get early for a viewing.

Amazing stay and would definitely stay here again. Right in the centre of town and has an amazing roof terrace for breakfast and to watch the hot air balloons in the morning. Staff are amazingly helpful before and during my stay. 100% recommend this hotel and is great value for money.
