Where to start, the checkin process took over an hour. Then over 3 hours to get us a elevator key card. The shower hear was beiken and they k ow about it. So bathing is tough. Being your own toulet paper, apparantly they dont peovide any. The bed is right next ro the A/C and i mean right next to it. It is 12 8nxhes away and blows directly onto you.

Needs new beddings and fresher, newer towels. The television was a 22-inch class model that had to be turned on and off manually, changing channels was also manual. The modem was not working properly so reception signal was bad and frequently the TV goes blank when signal is poor

There was no soap provided initially. Sink drain plug broken. Microwave oven kept blowing breaker. Unusable. House rules not given was charged 100 US for giving key card to girlfriend to cross the street to 7/11. They kept security deposit of 80 dollars. Will not ever stay at Zen homes again. Called customer service and was given run around. Had to email them and did not get response for a week!! Then given 20 percent discount for 3 month period?? Not much of way to make things right!! Hahaha 90 days to have more of a bad experience.
