It is in a nice quiet place and there was parking in back of the building. My room was clean with lovely white sheets, but there was a stale smell in the room. I opened the window to get rid off it, but it didn’t go away. I think maybe the carpet and the bedpost need to be steamed cleaned. Also, it’ll be good to have a hand towel and a bin in the bedroom. Also, there was no wifi access for the three days which I stayed there which was disappointing as I needed to get some work done. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thanks.

No hot water, carpet at skirting boards was filthy, dripping tap and what may have been fungus on ceiling. Extremely disappointing. At the price I wasn't expecting maybe 1 or 2 star standards, this room I would rate at a minus, it was so bad I left after only one night despite having paid for three, after complaining to Expedia the owner refunded half the total bill which I wasn't happy about. First and last time using Wotif.

The room was OK but the carpet was soaking wet and even though they gave me a couple of extra towels they finished up soaking wet. I expect a dry floor!. There was no soap of any kind in the bathroom and not even a glass in the room. Nowhere to put clothes either. I was not at all impressed although the staff were very nice.

We were happy with the accomodation as it was walking distance from our conference venue and suited our needs. It is a one or two night stay facility at most. The restaurant is wonderful and the discount for guests is generous. The food was fresh and very satisfying. Short stay recommended.

It was cheep to stay here and I think you get what you pay for just a room, sheard bathroom's and toilets ,sink was blocked in my room and I notified them about it told it was going to be fixed and it never was
