Comfortable
Very nice hotel in a convenient area to historic sites, good restaurants, and shopping. I wish the hotel offered discounted parking. Valet and parking lots were expensive.

we were staying on the 11th flor and only one elevator was working. the wait times were very long. the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, the refrigerator froze everything, no parking discount.

Good for a quick trip to Center City
My husband and I first walked in to see if they had anything available for the night, and we were told unless we had a reservation, they were full. We stepped outside and booked through Hotels.com with no issue. He seemed annoyed when we walked back in with a reservation. Other than that, check-in went smoothly. The bed in our room was extremely squeaky on the one side- almost like the frame may have been broken on one side. Besides that, the room was very comfortable and accommodating. The breakfast spread was a little lacking, but the gentleman in charge of filling the stations and cleaning the eating area was very pleasant. We would stay here again if in the area and needing a place to stay.

Philadelphia stay
While the area is close to amenities, the area is located near a busy, loud bar/restaurant which was very annoying. Rooms are small but adequate. Staff weren’t particularly friendly or helpful for such things as restaurant reservations.

Very convenient 👌
The young lady at the receptionist desk was fantastic. I explained that i was traveling from out of town and was not familiar with the area. She allowed me to check in a little early and check out 30minutes late. (Great customer service) The room was small yet sufficient. It was clean however there seems to be a bit of water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom. The location is close to the theaters and restaurants on Broad st. It is also close to clubs and awesome brunch sports.

The staff at the front desk were SO cheerful and helpful! I had had a terrible experience at the airport so it was so nice to be greeted so genuinely and warmly (I believe Letitia helped me.) Room was spotless and comfortable. I would have liked to have a spare blanket or heavier comforter on the bed since it was a pretty chilly night and I am not used to using heaters. Only other note would be that I wish the plates at breakfast were more "green." Philly seems pretty forward thinking with being green in general so I was surprised to see styrofoam plates. But really, everything was great and I felt very comfortable throughout the stay!

A simple and pleasant stay
I absolutely loved this hotel. The wallpaper was lovely. The bathrooms were modern and updated. The location is great as well. Was able to walk to bars and restaurants. Parking is available around if you don’t want to use the street parking or the hotel’s. My only complaint was how cold the room was. I eventually gave up on how to use the thermostat. If you reach out, I’m sure the front desk would assist with it.
