Very bad experience
I have booked 3 rooms with hotel.com and 2 roomd with another platform (due to unavailability of rooms in hotel.com), i was quite disappointed on the service by the counter because the hotel insisted that we have booked rooms without window and asked us to talk to our booking system instead.
I am suspecting that they might have over-released their rooms (overbooked) and trying to brush us off
Then, one of my friends' room that were booked via hotel.com had her door opened wide when we returned from our trip on day 1. After highlighting to the counter, they only say sorry and offer us folded towels for use? Door opened for the whole day thwy should have asked us if anything missing and the hotel will be responsible, but no, they didnt offer.
This is very upset, i dont think i will come back again
To whom planning to stay at Austin, i thinl there are other better choices nearby
