Ac Broken
Air conditioner was not working and managers Jorge De La Torre and Victor Garduño did nothing to adjust my stay or fix the problem. I have a 10 month old son and he was profoundly sweating through out our stay and running the risk of getting sick. I asked for them to change me rooms and they were not able to accommodate. I want a refund and I want to make sure this does not happen again.

Their internet service is really bad, it kicks you off so often that it’s really non-functional. Then House keeping comes down the hall every morning screaming “lavandería!!!” or laundry, at 7am, knocking on every door, waking everyone up, regardless…. This happened both days we were there…. The rooms are beginning to show its age, not the best maintenance I’ve seen…. Pillows smell pretty bad, which is something I always notice. And finally, upon leaving, you start getting knocks on the door and a call from reception at 12 noon, sharp!! urging you to leave. I was traveling with my 3 small kids, and it took us 10 minutes after 12 noon to move everything out, and these people were loosing their mind…
